CONVENTIONAL PLOUGH

Ovlac Conventional, fully mounted ploughs are suitable for tractors up to 240hp. With shearbolt protection and manual furrow width adjustment (FF) or spring auto-reset protection and hydraulic vari-width furrow adjustment (FB).

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

In order to take different working conditions into account, Ovlac Conventional ploughs can be equipped with two alternative protection systems.

SHEARBOLT

The simplest of the two systems. The shearbolt thickness, steel grade and position are calculated so it breaks under a pressure of approx. 2400kg exerted at the plough point. It is imperative that broken shearbolts are replaced with genuine Ovlac bolts. Non-genuine shearbolts with a different dimension or steel grades can result in serious damage to the plough.

SPRING RESET 

The FB model is features and auto reset leafspring system—maintenance-free—and hydraulically adjustable working width, ranging from 20 to 50 cm per body.

 

CONVENSIONAL PLOUGH MODELS

The FF shearbolt series ploughs range from 2-6 Furrows and is rated up to maximum power of 240hp.

Standard equipment:

• V34 mouldboards standard
• 72cm underbeam clearance
• 95cm interbody clearance
  (85cm or 105cm available on certain models)
